Ensure safety of all stakeholders including patients, employees and public.

Provide appropriate resources, including staff, finance and equipment in a timely manner so as to conduct is activities in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement a range of policies and procedures in support of this policy and will ensure their effective communication to all stakeholders.

Seek and adopt global best practices in healthcare and proactively nurture innovative and dynamic initiatives from within that will assist in delivering the highest standards of quality and safe patient care in a cost effective manner.

Review and amend the policies and procedures on a continuous basis based on a robust feedback system on processes and perceptions.

Ensure that all the employees are aware of the Vision Mission Quality& Safety Policy as well as Rights and Responsibilities of patients and employees.

Train and monitor its employees in the implementation of policies and procedures to be followed for achieving the quality and safety standards.

Encourage all the employees to be proactive in monitoring detecting and reporting potential hazards, risks and safety incidents so as to learn from them and prevent harm.

Evolve strategies for health promotion and preventive care with community participation and global collaboration.

PATIENTS RIGHTS

To receive high quality care appropriate to the patients needs and consistent with the scope of the hospital.

To receive considerate care regardless of race, religious belief and age.

To know the name of the physician who has the primary responsibility for co-ordinating care.

To receive information about the illness, treatment and prognosis.

To receive counseling regarding the estimated cost of the treatment and payment schedule at the time of admissions as well as subsequently.

To be provided with confidentially during examination or treatment.

The patient is assured of the medical records.

PATIENTS RESPONSIBILITY

To provide complete and accurate information including full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, insurance details whenever necessary.

To provide accurate and complete information concerning present complaints past medical history hospitalization and other matters relating to the patients health.

To follow the treatment plan advised by the physician, including the instructions of nurses and other health professionals as they carry out the physicians orders.

To treat hospital staff and other patients with dignity and respect and not to conduct any activity that will disrupt the work of the hospital.

Not allowed to bring alcohol, smoking , unauthorized drugs & weapons in to the hospital ever

Strictly follow visiting hours and visiting formalities of the hospital.

Leave valuables at house and bring only those items necessary during hospital stay.

Assure that the financial obligation of the patients care are fulfilled as per hospital policy.

Strictly restricted the usage of plastic within the hospital.

To pursue diet regimes suggested by the physician.
