Insurance Claim

According to Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, letter dated 30/9/2016, benchmark guidelines have been issued for various Ayurveda treatments and packages and the same is adopted by Chennai Heritage Hospital for all treatments and claims.

Mediclaim Insurance Policy in India for Ayurvedic treatment varies from one Insurance company to another company.

Chennai Heritage Hospital has registered with ROHINI (Registry of Hospitals in Network of Insurance). (ROHINI ID: 8900080504363) ROHINI is a registry of unique hospitals in the Health Insurers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) network, in India. The registry has been developed by the Insurance Information Bureau of India (IIB) (promoted by Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India).

In the present scenerio, reimbursement of the expenditure incurred in the hospital is possible with most of the Insurance companies but cashless claim is not possible. CHH works restlessly to achieve this feature shortly.

Hospital provides all necessary records to the patients in this regard and hospital does not take the responsibility for getting the insurance amount for the patients.
